Dr. Harit Chaturvedi

The chairperson of the Max Institute of Cancer Care is Dr. Harit K. Chaturvedi. Since joining Max Healthcare in 2009, he has worked tirelessly to create one of the best and biggest cancer programs in the nation. He has guided his team of more than 100 oncologists into the Disease Management Group (DMG) model by maintaining a constant focus on specialization, clinical quality, research, and academics. This has helped establish Max Institute of Cancer Care (MICC) as one of the most reputable brands in the oncology industry.

He has a reputation as a teacher and mentor because of his capacity to develop young talent. He has presented his work at national and international conferences, conducted procedures in live surgical workshops, and authored numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals.

As President of the Indian Society of Oncology and the Indian Association of Surgical Oncology, Dr. Chaturvedi has served the national organizations. As the first organizing secretary of the Indian Cancer Congress, he established the organization’s reputation, demonstrating his ability to develop a big idea and see it through to completion on a national scale.
